a)    112 Video Emergency Service (Accessible Health Communication Centre   (ESİM)
It’s a brand new application that has been applied in Turkey for the first time. By the help of the Center in time of health emergency cases hearing impaired or deaf citizens will be able to video connect with ESİM and ask for help.
